Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the legal function and advising local management.
- Supporting commercial, corporate, and intra-group agreements, international transactions, and M&A.
- Managing litigation, protecting intellectual property, and minimizing legal risks.
- Providing legal support for the localization of production of medicinal products, medical devices, and cosmetics.
- Supporting marketing activities, labor issues, and personal data protection.
- Developing a compliance system, adapting international policies to Russian legislation.
- Interacting with international legal teams and business function leaders.
Requirements:
- Higher legal education, Master of Laws degree.
- 15+ years of legal experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- 3+ years in a senior legal position.
- Experience in international companies, conducting negotiations, litigation, and supporting complex transactions.
- Deep knowledge of Russian legislation and the specifics of the pharmaceutical business.
- Fluency in Russian and English.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
