- Possession of a valid lawyer's status.
- Membership in the Bar Association of Moscow or Moscow Oblast.

- Communication skills, ability to conduct negotiations with clients competently and confidently.
- Responsibility and initiative.
- Focus on professional growth and results.
Conditions
Key cooperation conditions:
- Work model: You become a full member of the collegium. We consider candidates only on these terms.
- Financial conditions:
- When handling cases assigned by the collegium, the fee distribution is as follows: 70% — to the lawyer, 30% — to the collegium.
- Payment of remuneration to your card is made on the day the funds are received from the client.
- A monthly membership fee of 5000 rubles is established to support the operation and development of the collegium. There is no entrance fee.
