Sales Manager

From 150,000 to 370,000 ₽ net.

You receive the hottest leads in the BFL market. Nobody has them. These are clients who have already been qualified and have given their consent for a consultation with you. They are waiting for your call. They are serious. They are not afraid to pay - they are already ready.

90–100 such leads per day for a department of 13 people. Lots of work. Lots of money.

No need to search. No need to "warm up." No need to "build interest." You need to close.

We are a federal company "DoNulya". We write off debts of individuals. 3,000+ clients, over 1 billion ₽ written off. We are looking for Sales Managers for the second level of the department - where the money is made.

What you need to do

Your only task is to conduct a meeting with a ready client and bring them to a contract.

• Accept a client who is waiting for a call.
• Conduct a consultation on the procedure for individual bankruptcy according to a proven methodology.
• Close the deal for the first payment under the contract (average check - 14,000 ₽).
• If the client has funds - close the deal for full payment of the contract (upsell = additional bonus for you).

That's it. No cold calling. No "listening to pain points." No legal consultations - the product is packaged, the methodology is proven, the script is ready.

How much we pay

From 150,000 to 370,000 ₽ net.

Transparent motivation:

• Base salary - fixed for attendance and discipline.
• % of each sale - for each accepted first payment.
• Additional bonus for upsell - if the client pays for the contract in full.

There are enough leads for everyone - 90–100 per day for the department. The faster you close and the more upsells you make, the more you earn.

The goal for the coming months is 500 sales. You are being hired not to "try out," but to deliver results.

Who we are looking for

• Experience in BFL sales (individual bankruptcy). If you know the product, you'll reach your income faster.
• Ability to close, not just "conduct consultations." You understand the difference between "the client will think about it" and "the client paid."
• Energy, clear speech, discipline. Ready for the pace: 6–10 meetings per day.
• Want to earn from 200K and are ready to work at full capacity for it.

Who we are NOT looking for

• Theorists and lovers of "deep dives" with clients for an hour.
• Those who need "3 months to get up to speed."
• Lovers of complaints like "give me more leads." There are more leads than you can handle.

Conditions

• Fully remote or office-based work format available.
• Schedule: 5/2, full-time from 09:00–18:00.
• Equipped workspace: PC, headset, CRM, dashboards, auto-messages, assistant bot - all processes are set up, you don't need to "figure out how to work."
• Team: 13 active managers + a senior manager for support.
• Fast start: training on the product and methodology, and then immediately on meetings with ready clients.
