WHAT WE OFFER:

YOUR TASKS:
✅ Contract work (80–90% of the work):
- Expertise and approval of various types of contracts (services, contracting, lease, licenses, and other types of agreements).
- Drafting additional agreements and accompanying documents.
✅ Judicial protection of the company's interests:
- Preparation of claim letters, lawsuits, and responses to claims.
- Representation in courts of first instance.
✅ Corporate law:
- Registration and changes of information in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (EGRUL).
- Consultations on changes in management and founders.
✅ Documentary support for business:
- Development of internal regulations (local regulations, internal rules of procedure, job descriptions, etc.).
- Organization of the documentation accounting and storage system.
✅ Procurement activities:
- Full legal support of procurement within the framework of laws No. 44-FZ, No. 223-FZ, No. 275-FZ.
✅ Commercial activity:
- Assessment of legal risks of various company transactions and operations.
- Conducting negotiations with partners and customers.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Experience in the IT industry, preferably related to services and contracting;
- Experience with service and contracting agreements. Applied practice for these types of agreements. Application of the provisions of the Civil Code on contracting to service agreements.
- Knowledge in the fields of corporate, contract, labor, civil, tax law, intellectual property;
- Successful experience in winning court cases and positive judicial and legal practice;
- Knowledge and ability to conduct business correspondence in conjunction with concluded contracts (claim correspondence regarding the fulfillment of obligations by both parties to the contract).
- Knowledge of the procedure for оформление, sending/receiving documents of legal significance. Knowledge of such documents themselves.
- Logical thinking, understanding of cause-and-effect relationships. Ability to calculate the consequences of a particular action within the framework of commercial activities.
- Knowledge of the specifics of concluding civil law contracts (self-employed, individual entrepreneurs, individuals).
- Knowledge of the basics of office management, business correspondence.
- Experience in legal support of project activities, experience with laws No. 44-FZ, No. 223-FZ, and No. 275-FZ is welcomed.
