In our cohesive team of professionals, due to expansion, we are looking for a Military Lawyer for SMO.
Responsibilities:
- Handling client cases from start to finish: from consultations and document analysis to court decisions.
- Providing consultations and handling cases on issues such as: dismissals, payments, conscription, mobilization, medical discharge, quality of medical care provided, and other military and military-medical issues. Housing, inheritance, and family matters may also be included.
- Representing clients' interests in courts, government bodies, prosecutor's offices, military commissariats, military units, etc.
- Preparing necessary legal documents: statements of claim, complaints, administrative claims, appeals, petitions, etc.
- Analyzing documents from clients.
- Interacting with courts, military units, government bodies, etc.
- Monitoring cases and enforcing court decisions.
- Consulting colleagues on legal matters: sales managers, content specialists, in-chat lawyers.
- Interacting with the expert physician.
- Monitoring changes in legislation and judicial practice, preparing legal opinions and defense strategies.
- Possible additional tasks on legal topics. Discussed separately.
Requirements:
- We consider candidates ONLY with substantial legal experience in SMO matters! from 2 years.
- (We do not consider experience solely in military law without SMO experience).
- Mandatory experience with medical issues (SMO).
- Experience in independently handling cases "from start to finish": from document analysis to court decisions.
- Successful cases in SMO matters (military-medical focus).
- Knowledge of legislation regulating the rights of military personnel (SMO), as well as knowledge of internal instructions of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
- Deep understanding of internal processes and interaction schemes with courts, government bodies, military units, etc.
- Ability to work with normative legal acts and legal systems (ConsultantPlus, Garant).
- Excellent skills in preparing procedural documents (concise and to the point).
- Higher legal education.
Preferred:
- Experience working in the military prosecutor's office, military courts, Ministry of Defense.
- Military-legal education (in addition to SMO experience).
- Experience with inheritance, family, housing matters, bankruptcy (in addition to SMO experience).
- Experience working with AI.
Conditions:
- No concurrent employment: neither part-time work nor private practice!
- Remote work schedule 5/2. Be available from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Moscow time (can be shifted). Full-time employment!
- Salary! 80,000-120,000 rubles net. The entire amount is a base salary. The final salary is discussed after the interview.
- There is career growth to Head of the Legal Department.
- Probationary period 1-2 months. Payment and duration are discussed based on interview results.
