Candidate's mission: to ensure the legal safety and stability of the business at all stages of growth. This is a player-coach position – you will not only build strategy and manage the team, but also independently handle complex, non-standard tasks.

Key tasks: legal support for corporate procedures (Russian and international), optimization of contract approval processes and legal document flow, development and implementation of internal policies and procedures, management of the current department and strengthening the team as the business grows, joint optimization of the corporate structure with the CEO, assessment of legal risks and development of measures to minimize them, representation of interests in courts, interaction with government bodies.

We need a person who:

• understands the specifics of marketplaces and platform models;
• knows how to build legal processes "from scratch" and automate routine tasks so that the team works ahead of schedule;
• is not afraid of complex regulatory issues (FAS, RKN, CB, Minцифры) and knows how to find solutions where they seemingly do not exist;
• is ready not just to "approve documents", but to see the business task behind them and propose options that contribute to the company's growth.
