Description

The Kolomenskoye bakery holding is looking for a Director of the Legal Department.

Tasks:

Legal support for a large manufacturing business — 16 plants, M&A and asset integration, interaction with regulators, litigation, labor and corporate law

A separate focus is the transformation of the legal function itself. It is necessary to design a new organizational model, strengthen expertise within the team, and propose a target concept for the legal function's operation, taking into account best practices and business objectives

Among the priorities are building an end-to-end claim management system for clients and suppliers, further digitalization of processes, and the introduction of AI tools into legal work

Requirements:

Seeking a strong leader with experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or a large industrial holding.
Deep expertise in antitrust regulation, M&A experience, and the ability to see the business task behind the legal issue are particularly important
