Director of Legal Affairs
📍A company with the participation of major Russian and international partners, implementing strategically important projects in the field of transport infrastructure and logistics
We are considering a candidate with experience and skills: — Higher legal education — English language at C1–C2 level — Proven experience in managing the legal function of a large holding or group of companies with a significant international component — Practical experience in building and developing corporate infrastructure in foreign jurisdictions, primarily in China, South Korea, the United Kingdom, the UAE, and/or Hong Kong — Experience in supporting international transactions, M&A, JV, and cross-border projects — Practical knowledge of English law and common law principles — Experience with the legal systems of DIFC and/or ADGM will be an advantage
Proposed conditions: — Work location: Moscow, Central Administrative Okrug — Office-based work format — Fixed salary: 800,000 rubles net — Voluntary medical insurance (DMS)
