We’re looking for an experienced lawyer to support our international business across multiple jurisdictions. 🌍 Remote / Worldwide 💼 Full-time / Part-time / Outsourced 📈 Experience: 3–5+ years 🔹 Key Responsibilities Drafting, reviewing & negotiating cross-border commercial contracts (Services, IT Licensing, NDA, IP, Agency, Distribution, etc.) Supporting international corporate structures, M&A, Joint Ventures & Shareholders’ Agreements Coordinating with registrars, corporate secretaries, notaries & external legal advisors Legal support for KYC/AML, CRS, FATCA, counterparty checks & banking/payment requirements Working with Double Taxation Treaties Managing cross-border claims & disputes and coordinating external lawyers ❗️ Must Have Law degree; LL.M. is a plus 3–5+ years as Legal Counsel / International or Corporate Lawyer Fluent English C1/C2 + strong Legal English Strong practical knowledge of EU, Cyprus & CIS legal and regulatory frameworks — mandatory Understanding of Private International Law & conflict-of-law principles Experience with Common Law and/or Civil Law International contract drafting experience (Incoterms, FIDIC, English-law governed agreements, etc.) Ability to identify cross-border legal & regulatory risks and work independently ✨ You don’t need to be based in Cyprus — we’re open to remote and outsourced cooperation worldwide. 📩 Interested?
