Corporate Legal Officer / Legal Counsel

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Legal Officer to join a dynamic and professional team!

📌 Responsibilities:

▪️ Handle daily corporate matters and prepare corporate documentation (resolutions, minutes, share certificates, PoAs, etc.).

▪️ Draft, review, and revise agreements and legal documents.

▪️ Maintain corporate records, certificates, and KYC documentation.

▪️ Conduct legal research on various matters.

▪️ Assist with GDPR compliance (Privacy Policies, Cookie Policies, etc.).

▪️ Handle employment-related legal matters.

🎯 Requirements:

▪️ Degree in Law.

▪️ 2–3+ years of relevant legal experience.

▪️ Fluent English and Greek (mandatory).

▪️ Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills.

▪️ Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team.

▪️ Experience in the IT/Tech sector is a plus.

▪️ Cyprus Bar Association registration is not required.
