Senior Corporate & Licensing Specialist

Location: Cyprus 🇨🇾

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Senior Corporate & Licensing Specialist to lead international licensing projects, manage corporate structuring, and provide expert legal/regulatory support to group companies and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Licensing: Manage full-cycle licensing applications for iGaming (online casino/sportsbook) and financial services (Forex/CFD); research regulatory frameworks across global jurisdictions.

Corporate Services: Coordinate company incorporations, restructuring, corporate changes, and annual filings through international service providers.

Compliance & Oversight: Oversee KYC/AML due diligence, review corporate ownership structures, draft policy manuals, and supervise the Corporate & Licensing Administrator.

Requirements:

Degree in Law, Finance, or Business Administration.

2+ years of relevant experience in corporate services, licensing, law firms, financial services, or iGaming.

Proven track record in managing regulatory licensing applications.

Strong knowledge of international corporate structures, AML/KYC, and regulatory frameworks.

Fluent in English (written & spoken).

Strong project management skills and commercial awareness.

Advantage: Experience with offshore gambling/forex licensing, professional network with regulators, or knowledge of Greek/Russian.
