Corporate Security Specialist

Office (Limassol)

We are looking for a Corporate Security Specialist for an international company in the iGaming & Betting sector, where the protection of business, employees, and data plays a key role in the sustainable development of the product.

Responsibilities: — Develop and improve the internal corporate security system — Conduct pre-hire checks, security interviews, and post-hire employee monitoring — Perform internal investigations and develop preventive measures — Conduct due diligence of counterparties and partners, perform OSINT investigations — Support the finance department in investigating suspicious transactions — Monitor competitors, analyze risks, and prepare analytical materials — Control physical security: offices, access, CCTV, and visitor policies — Interact with security and technical solution contractors — Implement and support DLP, UEBA, and EDR systems — Analyze incidents and potential data leaks — Prepare reports and recommendations for management

What we are looking for: — Higher education in law, security, economics, IT, or related fields — 5–8+ years of experience in corporate security, anti-fraud, or investigations — Experience in iGaming, FinTech, or Payments will be an advantage — Skills in OSINT, pre-hire checks, and interaction with HR and Legal departments — Understanding of KYC/AML, payments fraud, and chargeback processes — Experience with DLP, UEBA, EDR, Excel, and BI systems — English language B2+ — High level of discipline, analytical thinking, and result-orientation — Experience working with regulators and anti-fraud tools will be a plus
