Candidate Requirements: • Higher legal education • 5+ years of experience as Director of the Legal Department in management companies (construction, real estate). Experience in automating department business processes, implementing a regulatory compliance system (compliance), developing regulations and policies for the legal department. • High level of proactivity, leadership qualities, result-oriented; • Excellent communication and organizational skills, negotiation skills • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment • Attention to detail • Experience working with shareholders and principals
