Director of Legal Department

This position is for someone who views the legal function not only as a protection of the business from risks, but also as a full-fledged partner in management decision-making.

Corresponding scale of tasks: legal support of a large manufacturing business — 16 plants, M&A and asset integration, interaction with regulators, litigation, labor and corporate law.

Separate focus — transformation of the legal function itself. You will need to design a new organizational model, strengthen expertise within the team, and propose a target concept for the legal function's operation, taking into account best practices and business objectives.

Among the priorities — building an end-to-end claims management system for clients and suppliers, further digitalization of processes, and implementing AI tools in legal work.

I am looking for a strong leader with experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or a large industrial holding. Deep expertise in antitrust regulation, M&A experience, and the ability to see the business task behind the legal issue are particularly important.
