📍Moscow / Dubai | Group legal function with a parent company in the UAE and operational businesses in the UAE, India, Vietnam, and the Philippines.
Key Requirements: • Higher legal education • 5+ years of international legal work experience • Experience managing a legal function of 3+ people • Proven experience working with the UAE • Experience in establishing and supporting foreign companies • Licensing experience • Experience with international transactions and negotiations • DD, SPA, SHA experience • Fluent English • Willingness to deeply and independently work with foreign law
