Vacancy in Israel for Russian-speaking lawyers:

A compact investment company in Israel is looking for a Head of Legal in Israel or remotely. The scope of interests includes both public and private asset classes. In the future, there are plans to create an international venture studio.

We need an international corporate lawyer with extensive experience managing a small team (sounds funny, I understand), a competent professional in several areas:

• creation and reorganization of corporate structures with an international element;
• experience with any deals in private equity and on the stock market;
• experience overseeing local consultants in other jurisdictions;
• ability to understand a new topic if it arises.

Currently, candidates from Israel or with experience working in Israel are preferred. Fluent English, of course.
