Hiring Chief Legal Officer (Cyprus)

We are looking for a strong Chief Legal Officer for an international group of companies operating in highly competitive and regulated markets.

A strategic C-level role with direct interaction with the CEO and shareholders.

Areas of Responsibility: • Formation of the group's legal strategy • Management of the international corporate structure (Cyprus, UK, HK, EU) • Licensing & regulatory compliance • Support for affiliate, media buying, and marketing directions • Management of legal risks, payment flows, and partner structures • M&A, launch of new jurisdictions, and development of the legal function

We are looking for experience: • Head of Legal / General Counsel / CLO • 7+ years in international corporate & commercial law • High-risk industries: iGaming, betting, crypto, fintech, affiliate, or related verticals • Building and managing a legal team • Strong negotiation skills • Fluent English

Will be a plus: • Experience interacting with iGaming regulators • M&A experience • Building a legal function from scratch
