We are looking for an independent and structured expert ready to fully cover the corporate, migration, and operational law aspects.

📍 Location: Cyprus, Limassol (in-office work) 🕒 Schedule: Flexible

💼 What you will do: -Corporate Governance (full cycle): company registration, administration, liquidation; conducting meetings, maintaining registers, preparing corporate dossiers, and participating in audits. -Interaction with Regulators: representing the company's interests in Cyprus government bodies (Registrar of Companies, Tax Department, Migration Department, etc.). -Migration Support: full cycle of employee onboarding in Cyprus (Pink Slip, BCS, Digital Nomad, family reunification); quota and compliance control. -Contract Management: drafting and reviewing operational, payment, licensing, employment contracts, and NDAs. -Office Infrastructure Management: legal support for office leases, negotiations with landlords, contractors, and utility companies. -Banking and KYC/AML: supporting compliance procedures, working with banks, payment systems, and service platforms. -Management Assignments: prompt resolution of legal and organizational tasks.

🎯 Our expectations: -Higher legal education (corporate/international law). -At least 5 years of experience in international IT, marketing, or iGaming companies. -Excellent knowledge of Cyprus corporate, migration, and tax law. -English language – Upper-Intermediate+ (fluent working proficiency), Russian – fluent. Knowledge of Greek will be a significant plus. -Multitasking skills, structured approach, autonomy in decision-making, and attention to detail.
