We're expanding our legal team and looking for a Licensing Lawyer to support international projects related to licensing and regulatory matters.

What you'll do:

• Manage the full licensing cycle (offshore & onshore)
• Communicate with regulators and agents across jurisdictions
• Research new markets and prepare legal recommendations
• Support product launches from a regulatory perspective
• Draft and adapt AML/CTF, KYC, T&Cs, Privacy Policy
• Assist with incorporations and corporate structure changes

What we expect:

• 2+ years of experience in licensing / compliance / legal
• Hands-on experience with offshore licenses (Curaçao, Anjouan)
• Understanding of online gambling regulatory frameworks
• Experience interacting with regulators and/or agents
• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher
