🔥 Vacancy: Director / Head of M&A and Corporate Law Department in a Large Consulting Firm
Responsibilities: • Leadership of projects in the field of corporate law and M&A under Russian and foreign law for large Russian and international clients; • Management of a team of lawyers, task allocation and delegation, etc.; • Building client relationships and promoting legal services and products; • Cooperation with teams from other departments on clients' specialized legal issues and on the development of cross-products and cross-selling; • Participation in marketing activities (optional).
Requirements: • Relevant experience in M&A and corporate law of 7-10 years in a law firm; • Experience in supporting transactions and corporate procedures under Russian and English law; • Skills in managing a team of lawyers; • Working legal English language proficiency; • Willingness to travel within Russia and abroad; • Higher legal education.
