Your responsibilities will include:

• providing comprehensive legal support for Avito Rabota online services at all stages of project implementation, in particular:
  • analyzing product initiatives for compliance with legal requirements;
  • providing legal risk assessment;
  • forming a legal position on product-related issues;
  • developing financial and legal structures, managing contract work;
  • preparing user documentation;
• working on large-scale projects in conjunction with product, development, and finance teams;
• resolving operational issues and supporting business processes in the assigned area;
• advising and preparing conclusions on issues related to civil and antitrust law, data regulation, and the activities of self-employed individuals;
• approving informational, marketing, and other creative materials, ensuring their compliance with advertising legislation requirements.

We expect you to have:

• a higher legal education;
• at least three years of experience in the IT sphere;
• in-depth knowledge of internet regulation legislation;
• an understanding of how electronic platforms work;
• a systematic approach to work;
• English language proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher;
• the ability to work with large volumes of information in a multitasking environment;
• readiness for new challenges and unconventional solutions.
