We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel ready to become a full-fledged business partner and take a leading role in the company's legal support – from projects of any scale to commercial and operational processes.

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive legal support for the company's operational and commercial activities;
- Develop, analyze, and coordinate a wide range of contracts: supply, services, lease, agency, licensing, NDA, employment, marketing;
- Support marketing and advertising: evaluate advertising materials, promotions, and contests for compliance with advertising and consumer protection laws;
- Handle certification, conformity assessment, and product labeling issues, building interaction with Rosakkreditatsiya, Rospotrebnadzor, and the Federal Customs Service;
- Support government authority inspections when necessary;
- Close corporate tasks: support the competence of the OSCh (General Meeting of Shareholders), Board of Directors, prepare corporate documents, make changes to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (EGRUL);
- Support the HR function from a legal perspective: employment contracts, local regulations, personnel processes;
- Support the finance department and accounting: assist with tax issues, support interaction with the Federal Tax Service (FNS), find solutions in disputed and non-standard situations;
- Advise department heads on legal matters and act as a partner in business decision-making;
- Develop internal processes and document templates, increasing the efficiency of the legal function;
- Conduct claim and litigation work: prepare claims, lawsuits, responses, represent the company's interests in arbitration courts and courts of general jurisdiction.
We expect:
- 5+ years of experience as a lawyer, with at least 3 years in legal support of commercial activities;
- Experience as a Senior/Lead Lawyer or the sole lawyer in a company;
- Confident knowledge of MS Office: Excel (filters, basic formulas, pivot tables, etc.), PP (presentation preparation);
- Systemic thinking, focus on finding solutions, ability to build partnership relations with the business;
- Independence and proactivity – the ability to take on a task and bring it to completion;
- Ability to articulate thoughts clearly and concisely, including for a non-legal audience;
- Willingness to work in a multitasking and fast-paced environment.
