In the Ivi team, you will:
- Coordinate contracts (purchase and sale of rights to video content)
- Develop transaction structuring schemes
- Analyze title documents for intellectual property rights
- Develop and update standard contract forms in the company
- Conduct claim work (with right holders, authors, and performers), respond to requests from government bodies (Roskomnadzor, Ministry of Culture, etc.), represent the company's interests in court
- Prepare legal opinions on issues of intellectual property and legal regulation of audiovisual services
- Participate in process optimization and preparation of the internal reference guide for the legal department
- Monitor changes in legislation and implement these changes in the company
Ivi's expectations from the candidate:
- Higher legal education
- More than three years of experience in audiovisual services, or in the media, film industry
- Experience working with intellectual property (production/licensing of audiovisual content)
- Preferably, English proficiency at the upper-intermediate level or higher
- Excellent knowledge of intellectual property and information legislation
