analysis and structuring of contracts in the IT/IP sphere;
preparation of documents related to the implementation of IT projects (contracts, agreements, local acts), their internal and external approval;
providing IT projects with legal and other specialized expertise (intellectual property, taxes, procurement);
conducting and supporting IT/IP due diligence, risk assessment, development of proposals for their mitigation;
formation of legal positions on disputed situations, preparation of claims regarding the implementation of IT projects, participation in the defense of interests;
participation in working groups and formation of positions on applied IT and business initiatives and pilot projects;
formation of analytical materials, reports, and presentations on supervised projects;
ensuring control over the implementation of IT projects within the scope of competence;
supporting IT departments on all emerging issues within the scope of competence.
Requirements:
higher legal education;
at least 5 years of professional experience;
at least 5 years of experience in the IT/IP sphere;
successful experience in implementing IT/IP projects;
knowledge of the specifics of banking activities will be an advantage;
knowledge of civil legislation, procurement of goods, works, services by certain types of legal entities, legislation and legal acts in the field of banks and banking activities, taxes, personal data, electronic signatures;
accuracy and attentiveness when working with documents;
fluent speech, good communication skills, initiative, ability to make independent decisions and defend one's position.
