We are looking for a generalist lawyer for Tochka Bank. We are building an online bank and an ecosystem of services for businesses. Our team has over 6,000 employees, and our services are used by over 800,000 clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive legal support to Tochka Bank services at all stages of project implementation.
- Analyze product initiatives for compliance with legislative requirements.
- Analyze business processes, assess legal risks, and formulate recommendations for their mitigation.
- Formulate a legal position on product-related issues.
- Develop financial and legal structures in collaboration with finance and accounting teams.
- Manage contract work.
- Prepare user documentation.
- Participate in large-scale projects alongside product teams.
- Resolve operational issues and support business processes.
- Provide consultations and prepare conclusions on fintech-related matters.
You are a good fit if you have
- At least 5 years of experience in fintech.
- A higher legal education.
- A good understanding of legislation and regulations in the banking and IT sectors, including Federal Laws 115-FZ, 63-FZ, 161-FZ, and you keep track of legislative changes.
- The ability to express thoughts clearly in writing, structure information, and formulate conclusions lucidly.
- The ability to handle large volumes of information and multitasking with ease.
- Teamwork skills, a responsible approach to work, and a results-oriented mindset.

- Official salary from 200,000 ₽. The exact amount depends on your skills and expectations – we will discuss them during the interview. This is the gross amount before taxes. Remember that from 2025, the personal income tax rate changes depending on the total annual income.
