Head of Legal | Limassol

An international payment company is looking for a Head of Legal to build and develop the legal function from scratch.

🔹 Responsibilities: • Full legal support of the business • Corporate and regulatory consulting • Working with banks, payment partners, and counterparties • Contract management • Corporate structuring of the group of companies • Licensing and interaction with regulators • Management of legal risks and compliance processes

🔹 Requirements: • 5+ years of experience as Head of Legal / Senior Legal Counsel • Experience in fintech, payment business, e-commerce, or other regulated industries • Experience supporting international business • Knowledge of corporate and commercial law • Experience working with companies in Cyprus • Fluent English

➕ Will be a plus: experience in iGaming/Betting and interaction with regulators.
