We are looking for a Chief Legal Counsel to join our actively growing team!

Responsibilities:

• Full support of contractual work: development, expertise, execution control, and prolongation
• Legal support for production: verification of compliance with EAEU technical regulations, GOST, SanPiN, product certification and declaration
• Claim work and judicial protection: arbitration, courts of general jurisdiction, debt collection, challenging fines
• Interaction with regulatory authorities (Rospotrebnadzor, Roszdravnadzor), preparation of reports
• Tracking changes in legislation, legal assessment of advertising and marketing campaigns for compliance with the Federal Law "On Advertising"
• Ensuring compliance with Federal Law 152: privacy policies, NDAs, personal data processing control
• Audit of business processes for legal risks, development of measures to minimize them
• Consulting management and departments on legal issues.

Requirements:

• Higher legal education
• At least 5 years of experience as a lawyer/legal counsel
• Successful experience supporting companies in the FMCG sector (experience in the cosmetics industry is a plus)
• Deep knowledge of: civil law, consumer protection law, intellectual property norms, requirements for certification and declaration of cosmetic products, advertising legislation
• Experience in claim and litigation work (including in arbitration courts)
