For many, it's not just an order, but a real story full of feelings and emotions. The support team is there for the client every step of the way — from creating the book to receiving it, helping to make this journey enjoyable by caring for each client.
What you will be doing
- Comprehensive support of the service's activities on issues of Russian legislation;
- Prepare legal opinions and advise the business on e-commerce, consumer rights protection, advertising, personal data, IT/IP, civil, corporate, and labor law issues;
- Support the IT and IP direction, including the registration and protection of rights to intellectual property, software, content, and trademarks;
- Conduct legal expertise of local regulations and support labor law issues;
- Provide legal support for advertising and marketing projects, including promotions, loyalty programs, partnership projects, and online advertising labeling;
- Develop and update offers, policies, consents, regulations, and other company documents;
- Support personal data processing in accordance with the requirements of 152-FZ;
- Prepare responses to government agencies' requests, support inspections and inquiries;
- Participate in the launch of new products and projects, assess legal risks, and propose solutions to minimize them;
- Monitor the company's compliance with Skolkovo rules and advise internal teams on their application;
- Track changes in legislation, and promptly implement necessary changes in company documents and processes;
- Resolve non-standard legal issues arising in the company's activities.
What we expect
- Higher legal education.
- Practical experience in supporting several areas: e-commerce, advertising, personal data, IT/IP, contractual and claim work.
- Confident knowledge of Russian legislation, including 152-FZ, 38-FZ, the Law "On Consumer Rights Protection", the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, and Skolkovo rules.
- Experience in preparing legal opinions, contracts, offers, policies, regulations, claims, and official responses.
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to explain complex legal issues in a way that is understandable to the business.
- Experience in supporting a platform business, e-commerce, or IT company will be an advantage.
