Position: Director of Legal Affairs Area of responsibility: full legal support of the business of the group of companies
Main responsibilities: • Ensure the timely execution of the Company's tasks within the competence of the directorate, by own efforts or with the involvement of third-party organizations; • Carry out tactical and operational planning of the directorate's work; • Conduct negotiations with key partners on issues within the competence of the directorate; • Organize legal support for the Company; • Organize and participate in the preparation of conclusions on legal issues arising in the activities of the Company and its officials; • Ensure the representation of the Company's interests in legislative, executive, judicial authorities, other bodies and organizations on legal matters; • Ensure legal support for the development of draft legal acts, other documents regulating the internal organization of the Company, as well as documents establishing the legal status of the Company's divisions; • Organize the conduct of legal review of documents submitted for signature to the Company's management; • Organize the development and approval of standard forms of civil law contracts, contracts for design and survey work and construction and installation work, and other documents necessary for the Company's activities; • Organize work on the analysis and generalization of the practice of contractual and legal work, develop proposals for its improvement; • Ensure participation in the preparation of proposals for preventing possible negative consequences in the Company's activities by legal means in connection with changes in legislation.
Candidate Requirements: • Higher legal education • 7+ years of experience in a position in the construction and real estate industry - mandatory • Experience in automating directorate business processes, implementing a compliance system, developing regulations and policies for the legal directorate. • High level of proactivity, leadership qualities, results orientation; • Excellent communication and organizational skills, negotiation skills • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment • Attention to detail • Experience working with shareholders
