About the Company
An international startup in the field of digital products and design. We work with clients and contractors in the UK, EU, and Asia. The project is under NDA — we will provide more details during the interview.
Jurisdiction: United Kingdom (in the future - USA)
What you will do
- Contract work: drafting and coordinating contracts with clients and contractors (MSA, Order Forms, NDA), onboarding contractors in different jurisdictions
- GDPR and company service documentation: policies, DPA, user agreements
- Payment control for deals: timely invoice collection, assisting accounting with reporting
- Opening accounts, passing KYC in banks and payment services
- Working with signing and hiring platforms: DocuSign, Contra, Remote, EasyStaff, etc.
- Automation and implementation of processes convenient for the entire team — using AI tools (Claude)
- Proactive involvement in business pain points, organizational issues
Who we are looking for
- Experience as a lawyer in an international company or startup for at least 2 years (as an advantage)
- English is a must (correspondence, contracts, communication with banks and counterparties)
- Confident work with AI tools: ability to configure automations in Claude, process large volumes of information
- Understanding of GDPR basics, contract law
- Independence and proactivity: identify a problem — propose a solution
- Readiness for full-time employment, no side hustles allowed
