Responsibilities
Contract work and project structuring
- Preparation, approval, and amendment of contracts and agreements, development of templates
- Legal support and structuring of company projects, participation in negotiations with counterparties — Development and updating of documentation, interaction with project teams
Legal risk management
- Identification of risks and development of mitigation measures
- Verification of counterparty reliability
- Preparation and updating of local regulations
Compliance and interaction with government bodies
- Monitoring of legislative changes, preparation of conclusions and updating of documents
- Legal position and consultation within the framework of government authority inspections
- Preparation of responses to claims from suppliers/buyers — Legal analysis of advertising materials for compliance with Russian advertising legislation
Intellectual property and innovation
- Registration of exclusive rights to developments and software products
- Work with Skolkovo
What is important for us
- Higher legal education (first degree; MSLA, MSU, SPSC — as an advantage)
- Experience from 3 years, ideally in an online store or a company from the e-commerce sector
- Confident knowledge of civil legislation and trade legislation
- Strong contract management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to negotiate and defend the company's position
