Description
Your career is ready for a change
Be responsible for the agency's legal function and lead a team of 2 lawyers: distribute tasks and workload, provide feedback, foster specialist independence.
Be the final escalation point: make risk decisions and independently handle complex and non-standard cases, from advertising mechanics to disputed contract terms.
Build contract management: create templates and framework agreements for all agency services, client-form contracts, non-standard structures, and negotiate risky clauses. Control the quality and deadlines of work with counterparty documents.
Be a partner to the commercial team and project managers: find legally correct solutions for client tasks in advertising, labeling, influencer marketing, and intellectual property (trademarks, copyrights, stock content, AI).
Oversee the corporate block: founding documents, amendments, registrations, powers of attorney, and orders. If necessary, represent the company in tax authorities, courts, FAS, and other bodies.
Stay abreast of legislation: assess the impact of changes on the business, integrate them into processes, and enhance colleagues' legal literacy through training and understandable materials.
Develop the legal function as a system: standardize approaches, automate processes, develop SETTERS DOCS (internal document management system), and make approvals faster and more transparent.
