Smart Dynamics** is an international product company in the AdTech sphere. The company develops its own advertising technologies and works with advertisers, publishers, and partners worldwide. We are looking for a Head of Legal to lead the legal function and become a business partner for the team.
Future tasks:
- Lead the legal function and develop the team.
- Support the international AdTech business and the company's new projects.
- Advise the business in Cyprus, EU, USA, and other jurisdictions.
- Be responsible for DSA, GDPR, advertising legislation, compliance, and moderation.
- Support corporate matters: legal entities, banks, KYC/QI, contracts.
- Manage legal risks, including sanctions.
- Support matters related to IP, tax incentives, and IP Box.
- Optimize legal processes using AI and automation.
What's important:
- Higher legal education.
- Experience managing a legal team.
- Experience in AdTech / ad networks / digital advertising.
- Knowledge of Cypriot legislation.
- Practical experience with DSA, GDPR, and advertising regulations.
- Understanding of advertiser / publisher / RTB models.
- Experience working with international legal entities, banks, and KYC/QI.
- English — from B2 / C1.
- Willingness to use AI in legal work.
- Will be a plus: sanctions expertise, IP Box, tax optimization.
