Projects: Full legal support of brokerage and investment products: from drafting and согласование of client and commercial agreements to the preparation of marketing materials and documentation to meet the requirements of MiFID II, CySEC, and other regulators. Development of templates, playbooks, and processes to ensure standardized, efficient, and business-oriented solutions to legal challenges.

Requirements: • 10+ years of legal experience in brokerage firms, investment companies, fintech, or related fields • Higher legal education (common-law drafting/JD or civil-law) and experience in international transactions • Management of a legal team and a complex portfolio in a regulated environment • In-depth knowledge of brokerage and investment products, agreements, and client-oriented documentation • Experience applying MiFID II/MiFIR, CySEC, GDPR, sanction regimes, DORA • Participation in product launches, marketing and sales initiatives, complaint handling • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and business-oriented consulting skills (expert level English) • Ability to build scalable legal processes: templates, playbooks, checklists
