We are looking for an active and detailed-oriented Junior Lawyer to join our team in Cyprus! You will be working directly with our Head of Legal, handling high-volume contract work and cross-functional support.
Key Tasks: 🔹 Contract Lifecycle: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (office leases, vendors, referral programs). 🔹 FinTech & High-Risk: Work with PSPs, acquiring banks, and merchants. 🔹 Lifecycle Tracking: Keep track of renewals, amendments, key obligations, and signatures. 🔹 Business Support: Communicate legal risks clearly to Sales, Finance, Compliance, and Operations.
What We Look For: ✅ 1–2+ years of legal experience (Contract Law focus). ✅ Good knowledge/understanding of English Law. ✅ English B2+ (fluent legal drafting and correspondence). ✅ Experience in FinTech / Banking / iGaming / High-Risk is a big plus. ✅ Ability to assess contract risks and offer practical solutions. ✅ Based in Cyprus 🇨🇾
