We are looking for a **Legal Counsel **
🇨🇾 Limassol, office.
Responsibilities: 📌Provide legal advice to internal teams on commercial, corporate, tax, migration, and regulatory matters across multiple jurisdictions; 📌Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of legal documents, especially commercial agreements with vendors, partners, agents, and service providers, with a focus on license, merchant, partnership, and marketing agreements; 📌Conduct legal research, monitor legislative updates, and prepare clear summaries, reports, and presentations to support decision-making; 📌Lead or support legal projects, coordinating with internal teams, external advisors, agents, and law firms on corporate, banking, financial, and compliance matters; 📌Prepare and submit documents to authorities and liaise with governmental and regulatory bodies when required; 📌Assist in developing and maintaining internal compliance guidelines, documentation, and policies; 📌Identify legal risks, propose practical solutions, and provide insights on legal trends that may impact the business;
Requirements: ✔️ A law degree from a recognized university. ✔️At least 5 years of experience as a lawyer, ideally in IT, FinTech, iGaming, or a similar industry. ✔️Fluent written and spoken English (a must). ✔️ Strong knowledge of contracts, intellectual property, corporate law, and compliance frameworks. ✔️Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. ✔️Sharp analytical skills, legal research capabilities, and sound judgment. ✔️Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in legal documentation and processes. ✔️Strong self-management, time-management, and teamwork skills. ✔️ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
