Corporate Lawyer Cyprus, Limassol full-time office

A strong corporate lawyer with international experience (5+ years) is required to support companies in Cyprus, the EU, and other countries.

What you will do: — Registration, administration, and liquidation of companies (offshore and Cyprus), participation in audits, and preparation of corporate dossiers. — Full cycle of corporate governance: meetings, registers, reporting, interaction with nominees. — Experience with offshore licenses. — Contracts: operational, payment, licensing, employment, NDA, non-compete. — Support of KYC/AML, working with payment orders, banks, and service platforms. — Legal support: corporate, tax, and migration issues. — IP & IT: asset protection, IP agreements. — Support for HR/IT processes, support for complex structures.

Requirements: — Higher legal education (corporate/international law). — Experience in international IT/marketing/recruitment companies. — Excellent knowledge of Cypriot corporate and tax law. — English — Upper-Intermediate+, Russian — fluent (Greek — a plus). — Confident user of MS Office, registries, DocuSign, banking portals. — Multitasking skills, structured approach, independence, accuracy.

Will be a plus: — Experience with low-tax jurisdictions and transfer pricing. — Management of multiple legal entities and complex corporate structures.
