Corporate Lawyer (B2B Legal Services) ** 📍 Limassol, Cyprus — office only**! ** About the role: We are looking for a corporate lawyer to work with external clients for a growing legal company (B2B focus, licensed in Cyprus).

The project is in an active growth phase, so independence, flexibility, and readiness to work in a dynamic environment without excessive bureaucracy are important.

What you will do: – prepare and formalize legal documents (corporate law, client support); – conduct KYC procedures and basic client verification; – support clients on matters of Cypriot legislation; – communicate with B2B clients; – work with internal systems (ZYGOS, Notion, Mira); – support current legal processes.

Who we are looking for: – lawyer experience in Cyprus from 1 year; – knowledge of local Cypriot legislation is mandatory; – fluent Greek; – confident working level of English (B2–C1); – higher legal education.

Will be a plus: – experience in startups or small companies; – experience with high-risk areas; – understanding of KYC/AML processes.
