Senior Lawyer

We are looking for a Senior Lawyer to join the company that provides legal consulting and comprehensive support services across iGaming, IT, and FinTech areas.

Key Responsibilities: • Corporate Law & Group Structure Support • Governmental & Regulatory Liaison • Commercial Contracts • Real Estate & Asset Management • Compliance & Banking • Employment & Immigration • Additional Projects

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Law. • 4–5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role. • Strong knowledge of Cyprus corporate law and Common Law principles. • Extensive experience in commercial contract drafting, negotiation, real estate matters. • Understanding of KYC/AML requirements and banking compliance. • Fluent English and Greek. Russian is an advantage.
