Responsibilities: ✔️Legal support for investment products and business activities ✔️Analyze legislation across jurisdictions (financial, corporate, tax, licensing, regulatory) ✔️Draft, review, and advise on legal documents and transactions in English ✔️Participate in M&A, investment deals, and corporate restructurings ✔️Support licensing processes and regulatory interactions ✔️Support compliance, AML, and KYC with banks, regulators, and counterparties ✔️Prepare legal opinions, memorandums, and advisory notes ✔️Liaise with service providers, regulators, banks, auditors, and authorities

Requirements: ✔️ Law degree; 10+ years of relevant legal experience ✔️Background in financial regulation, brokerage, or capital markets is an advantage ✔️Experience in M&A and/or investment transactions ✔️Proven experience with multi-jurisdictional legal frameworks ✔️Experience interacting with regulators and financial institutions ✔️Fluent Russian and English (written and spoken) ✔️Ability to work independently and manage complex legal matters with a high level of autonomy ✔️High work capacity and resilience, proactive mindset, responsibility and accountability.
