📍Cyprus | Both Rus/Eng must be fluent. Relocation from Russia, CIS & Europe is available & under discussion

Compensation: 10k euro per month.

Main responsibilities: — Support for a wide range of investment transactions in the stock market; — Legal support for investment transactions in the real estate market; — Corporate law (Cyprus, UK, UAE, Russia); — Control and management of contractual matters; — Litigation department; — Related matters: audit, accounting, tax issues; — Management of a legal department (5 people); — Resolving real estate disputes in various countries; — Coordination with local lawyers and attorneys for litigation regarding real estate defects.
