Senior Lawyer Vacancy

**An international holding company developing projects in Cyprus and uniting several business lines: HoReCa, wine & spirits, real estate, health & beauty.

We are looking for a Senior Lawyer to take on legal support of the business, manage legal risks, and support the company's corporate processes.

Responsibilities: • Structure deals and support corporate projects. • Manage legal risks within current businesses. • Together with the finance department, open and service bank accounts. • Prepare, analyze, and approve contracts, participate in negotiations with counterparties. • Interact with Cyprus government bodies on licensing and permit acquisition issues. • Work with the internal legal department and external legal consultants. • Support the legal matters of the company's owner.

Our expectations: • From 2 years of experience as a Senior Lawyer in Cyprus. • Experience in corporate law and asset management. • Experience in development. • Knowledge of Cyprus labor law. • Fluent in English and Russian.
