Main tasks and responsibilities: • Legal support for real estate transactions in Cyprus: property expertise, preparation of sale and purchase agreements and lease agreements, risk management, interaction with government bodies, and control of rights registration. **• Opening bank accounts for clients, including collecting necessary documentation and full interaction with banks. • Registration and subsequent support of Cypriot companies. • Conducting basic client verification (KYC - Know Your Customer). • Interaction with external legal consultants on corporate law, license renewals, and other aspects.

Candidate requirements: • Proficiency in Russian and English languages; knowledge of Greek will be an advantage. • 1 to 3 years of experience in the legal field in corporate law and working with Cypriot legislation. • Residence in Cyprus. • Work permit.
