Vacancy open for Corporate Advisor at an international consulting company

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Corporate Advisor to support our legal and consulting teams on a wide range of corporate, transactional, and administrative matters.
Responsibilities:
- Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A): Assisting companies in purchasing, selling, or merging with other businesses, including conducting due diligence, negotiating terms, and drafting agreements.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts: developing, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, including those related to partnerships, joint ventures, and supplier agreements.
- Corporate Governance: Providing guidance on company management and operations in accordance with corporate governance rules and regulations.
- Regulatory Compliance Matters: Ensuring companies adhere to local, national, and international regulations, including those related to finance, trade, and labor relations.
Additionally:
- Conduct legal research and provide summaries and updates to legal professionals.
- Assist in the preparation, review, and proofreading of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and memos.
- Organize and maintain paper and electronic files, ensuring the confidentiality and accessibility of sensitive information.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to gather information and facilitate document exchange.
- Manage schedules, including meetings, court dates, and appointments, and provide timely reminders for important deadlines.
- Track and monitor changes in legislation relevant to the consulting business, preparing reports for the team.
- Provide support to lawyers in preparing for client meetings and court hearings, including document preparation and scheduling.
- Assist in systematizing and retrieving documents, both from physical storage and legal databases.
- Handle correspondence with clients, external counsel, and other stakeholders under the guidance of an attorney.
- Perform other administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the legal department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a Corporate Advisor, Lawyer, Legal Assistant, or Paralegal role.
- Strong research skills and knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience with legal research databases.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Excellent time management skills and a proactive approach to work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations affecting the consulting industry is an advantage.
