In the IVI team, you will:
Organize work on out-of-court protection of video content owned by the Company:
- Interact with contractors, external lawyers, and internal clients, agree on working conditions, set tasks, and monitor their execution
- Collect and prepare documents for filing lawsuits, maintain a register of protected assets
- Prepare analytics on the market for illegal distribution of video content
- Search for resources that illegally use the Company's intellectual property, and interact with infringers and information intermediaries
- Prepare reports on work results, and fulfill other assignments in this area of work
- Interact with state bodies - Rospatent and RНК
- Register trademarks
- Participate in court cases related to the illegal use of the company's IP
IVI's expectations from the candidate:
- Higher legal education
- At least 2 years of experience in commercial companies (experience in brand protection or IP results departments will be an advantage)
- Excellent knowledge of intellectual property law
