Responsibilities
- Management of procurement, foreign economic activity (FEA), production, warehouse, and the Chinese office — a team of about 30 people.
- Responsibility for the operational and financial results of the division, including project profitability.
- Management of deadlines, quality, cost, and efficiency of project implementation.
- Development of managers, teams, and management systems.
- Optimization and scaling of processes, management of resources and priorities.
- Implementation of AI tools and automation to improve business efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of management experience, including managing multiple departments and managers.
- Good understanding of the specifics of working with China, international procurement, production, FEA, and logistics.
- Ability to manage the division's economy: cost, profitability, and operational indicators.
- Experience in scaling processes and managing a large number of parallel projects.
- Confident use of AI tools in work.
- Proficiency in Chinese and/or English at B2 level and above.
