Operations Director

I am looking for an Operations Director for a major Uzbek federal FMCG company located in Tashkent. The company has several factories and 35 enterprises in HoReCa.

Relocation to Tashkent! This is a new vacancy! It involves the development of a new direction.

Required (all points must be met simultaneously):

• A strong manager, a leader with prior experience in a comparable role,
• who knows how to build S&OP processes,
• has a good understanding of planning based on different supply volumes and different shelf lives
• • has prior experience working in international companies
• • with an upper-intermediate English level.

This person will: • Manage the operations of logistics, warehouse, commercial efficiency, and indirect procurement functions; • Develop strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs; • Manage warehouse inventory, be responsible for inventory KPIs; • Improve/digitize current systems and processes; • This is a key role in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP); • Manage procurement timelines; • Identify areas for improvement, plan and implement systems to increase efficiency; • Manage sales data, demand planning, and the entire IBP process for financial forecasting and plan execution; • Define and develop structured sales processes to improve their efficiency.
