Ozon is looking for a Head of Project Management, Procurement Automation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing requests from all functions of the procurement department and business, formulating project tasks, and developing business and functional requirements;
- Actively participating in the formation of target process design, calculating the efficiency and feasibility of project launch;
- Developing and updating the project plan, monitoring project task completion;
- Building communications with customers - conducting meetings, preparing presentations;
- Coordinating the work of functional experts, IT specialists, external consultants, and other stakeholders;
- Maintaining project documentation;
- Organizing and participating in end-to-end testing, BAT/UAT;
- Concentrating a unified expert center for all projects of the procurement department.
Candidate expectations:
- Work experience as a Project Manager and Senior Project Manager - from three years;
- Total project work experience - from 5 years;
- Experience in implementing and customizing IT systems (as a project manager/business analyst);
- Mandatory understanding of: internal procurement processes/financial processes (IFRS/RAS accounting, consolidated reporting, budgeting, treasury)/P2P process ("From request to payment)/EDO;
- Experience in implementing ERP systems and automating procurement activities;
- Business process modeling (BPMN);
- Preparing presentations in .PPT format;
- Analyzing large datasets, calculating simple financial models;
- Higher education: finance, economics, technical;
- Experience in large international consulting companies will be an advantage;
- Knowledge of retail and logistics company business processes will be an advantage;
- Experience with ERP systems: Axapta, 1C, SAP, Oracle will be an advantage;
- Proactiveness, self-organization, results-orientation;
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, multitasking, readiness to take responsibility;
- Communication skills, ability to solve problems involving a large number of stakeholders.
