Chief Operating Officer for a Trading House (Building Materials)
Responsibilities:
- Seeking an operational leader to manage a modern Trading House (wholesale and retail) in the supply of building materials, tools, and comprehensive supply of construction sites.
- The main task is to ensure the effective operation of all key business areas: sales, procurement, foreign economic activity (FEA), logistics, and warehouse infrastructure, achieving financial and operational targets.
- An important part of the role will be optimizing business processes, developing supply chains, implementing automation, and participating in the company's growth strategy.
Requirements:
- Considering candidates with experience in COO, Executive Director, or General Director positions for at least 5 years in trading or distribution companies.
- Practical experience in managing logistics, procurement, and FEA in the segments of building materials, tools, equipment, DIY, or related areas is important.
