A large engineering holding company is seeking an Executive Director of the trading house
Areas of responsibility: sales, marketing, service, logistics.
Tasks:
- Building and implementing strategic and operational management of the commercial block of the holding company of manufacturing engineering enterprises — marketing, sales of elevator equipment, sales of trailer equipment, sales of spare parts, after-sales service, customer service
- Planning and ensuring the achievement of planned performance indicators (profit, market share, sales volume and profitability, ROMI, sales funnel, service level, technical readiness coefficient, output per service engineer, inventory turnover, etc.) for all sales channels, preparation and calculation of all tools to achieve the set plans
- Ensuring the development and implementation of brand development and promotion strategies in the market, developing portfolio and pricing strategies
- Planning and implementing promotional activities, calculating the economic efficiency of promotions
- Forming and implementing a sales development strategy, commercial policy in the Russian market, entering new markets, including international ones
- Auditing the existing dealer network, analyzing territory potential. Forming a strategy and ensuring the implementation of dealer development programs
- Optimizing, standardizing, and controlling the execution of business processes in the area of responsibility, including cross-functional interaction with related departments: developing and implementing sales standards, incentive schemes; automating and implementing sales tools, launching CRM operations (sales funnel, analysis of lost deals, analysis of sales activity, etc.); ensuring the timeliness, quality, and completeness of operational reports and forecasts for company management with the required frequency
- Operational control of production plans, operational regulation to ensure uniform production load
- Strengthening and developing the team of the commercial block of the group of companies
- Personal participation in large deals, conducting negotiations with top executives of companies
Expectations from a successful candidate:
- At least 5 years of experience managing sales, service, and marketing functions in large manufacturing companies (with annual revenue from 15 billion rubles) specializing in agricultural/road construction/industrial/warehouse/municipal equipment and machinery, or technically complex goods
- Proven experience in effective implementation of strategic commercial projects
- Successful experience in building a sales, marketing, and after-sales service management system
- Skill in negotiating with top business executives
Conditions:
- Work in a large holding company of manufacturing engineering enterprises located in the cities of Voronezh, Semiluki, Smolensk, Orenburg, Minsk
- Willingness to relocate to Voronezh is a mandatory requirement
